Day 7: Broadway

We had the full day to tour NYC, since the convention was all done and cleaned up. So we decided to just walk down from the hotel and see where it led us. We walked a few blocks until we came to Broadway. We then decided to walk down the avenue until we got to Times Square. It was Saturday, therefore the streets were quite bustling with tourists and shoppers. We stopped in CompUSA for a little while also. Looking at all of the Broadway musical signs made us wish we could have gotten tickets for a show. Definitely it'll be on the list next time we go. Once we made it to Times Square, we decided to eat again at the Olive Garden. After a noisy but nice meal, we decided to take a cab back to the hotel since Christine wasn't sure how her stomach was going to take the first substantial meal she'd had since about 30 hours before. We watched a movie and had a good sleep.

Christine, still a little peaked from being sick, on Broadway.

Broadway.
Probably the best way to travel in NYC, as long as you don't have a crazy taxicab driver.

When we had to wait for 15 minutes for an available table at the Olive Garden, they gave us this pager that blinked and vibrated when a table was ready. Note: Simon was taking pictures of just about everything at this time.
